The Value of Community

Today I picked up the keys on my most recent investment property. This one is a tri-plex that I bought 50/50 with a partner in the Nouveau Riche community.

My partner says: "This property was acquired using raised capital through partners I met in my investor community. I love how we can bring resources together to do deals. I put the deal together, they brought the cash, everyone profits."

In this case, he had others contributing to his 50%, and I was able to put up the other 50%. He will be managing the property, and we are already making progress with needed repairs, one of which is to paint the exterior. You can see why.

Where's the Money?

Super Saturday

What a week it has been!

Having Rob Miles in town, sharing his stories of success with us, has been a true blessing. He has such a great heart! His video presentation of why we are in this business - to help people!!! - had tears rolling down my face.

Super Saturday was awesome, and even better than usual. Our leaders are the best, and have really interesting, creative, and fun ways of presenting the information we really need to succeed!

Marc Gleeman capped off the day with a great, motivational film about attitude and success that left many of us blown away.

And this is only the beginning!

Our Intensive on the 20th is going to rock the house! If you aren't registered for it yet, leave me a message, and I will make sure you get in.

June is busting out all over....

Wow, what a phenomenal month ahead of us!

Tonight is the Chairman's call at 8 pm Arizona time (11:00 pm Eastern time) - and it's going to be a great call to be on. Some important announcements about the company will be revealed tonight. On Wednesday night at 7:00 pm, we have the opportunity to attend a Commercial Real Estate Drive by with Rob Miles, a young man who is doing wonders with commercial real estate these days. If you want to visit one of his newer acquisitions and hear his story, let me know.

On Thursday, we are having a special real estate wealth creation information meeting. It's going to rock! We will be learning about short sales this week, a very timely topic in this market!

In fact, every Thursday this month, we will be sponsoring a real estate education wealth creation meeting. Stay tuned for the topics. What a great month this is! These workshops are $50/evening, but if you contact me, I can get you a special deal ;)

On Friday night at 6:00 pm, we are sponsoring a Cash Flow game at the Doubletree Hotel in Scottsdale. Cash Flow games are one of the best ways to get yourself in the best mindset for real estate investing and wealth building. I highly recommend that everyone make it a point to experience this game. I like to call it Monopoly on steroids. It's a lot of fun, AND very useful at the same time.

And Saturday is SUPER Saturday, where we will once again have the privilege of listening to Rob Miles talk about his awesome success as he helps us all with our businesses. Super Saturday will be in the main ballroom at the Doubletree Hotel from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. It's going to be an awesome day!

Lastly, a sneak preview - we have a Nouveau Riche Intensive coming up on June 20th of this month. Save the date!!! Our intensives are like a slice of our live college experience.
