Our tri-plex is now listed for sale. This is a great investment. We've done a lot of work to fix up the property, so there really isn't anything to update. Two two-bedroom units, one one-bedroom unit. All of them rentable. In fact, we already have a renter in place with a one-year lease, which would convey with the property.

It is priced excellently at $69,000. That's only $13,000 per unit with no fix-up. Can't beat that!
